This is the best use of my money yet. These ear buds and microphone are outstanding, clear and comfortable and very compact. I use it with Skype and have been totally pleased, my only disappointment is that it is no longer available.

I'm sure this would work fine if I had read the fine print! It won't work on the line input on the mac without a pre-amp.

I purchased this head set because I wanted a head set like the one I have for my cell phone. Usually, the mic in the earbud headsets work a little better than the boom kind. While the mic worked fine, I found I had to change the balance to get balanced output from the ear buds. Consequently, when I use these, it is on the road and I have to re-adjust the balance when I use speakers or a different headset.

They have the worst customer service that I have ever seen. It took 4 calls on different dates to get my defected product replaced. I was lied to and hanged up on, on the first 3 calls. Therefore, I decided never to buy their products even if they were the only company to sell what I need.

I bought this item about 5 months ago. It was exactly what I was looking for: lightweight earbuds to be used all day long for both listening to musing and Skype calling.
