I don't even remember when I got these, I think I finally installed them last summer. Here it is, springtime, and there are some issues but I like these.

3.0 out of 5 stars good lights if your dont want blue
these aren't blue like most 10000k but they are very bright. the make it much easier to see. these are a great cheaper alternative if your not looking for something that looks deep blue. they do have a slight blue tint that is noticeable but nothing crazy. they don't look factory at all. sometimes they almost emit a green look.

I don't even remember when I got these, I think I finally installed them last summer. Here it is, springtime, and there are some issues but I like these.

It will take you more than 20 minutes unless you're well rehearsed in diving under the hood of your vehicle to switch out bulbs and wire a harness kit. Took me about 40 minutes, but that's after I had been switching between colored bulbs and OEM's. The kit installed well. I don't like to drill so I used screw that have already been installed in my Honda Fit. The color looks great; light throw looks better; people pay attention to drivers using HID lights (you ALWAYS keep your eyes on the bluer lights) and the high beams only switch the angle of output (and don't actually get brighter). I have a bit of a problem with the wiring harness that seems to be a little loose. Certain bumps, the lights flicker. That is what happens with after-market products sometimes. Yes, it can be a hazard and I need to get under the hood and make certain that the connections are all tight. I like that the bulbs have a metal mounting plate instead of plastic. WATCH for the plastic base of any bulb; between the heat and the pressure of springs holding bulbs, the plastic WILL weaken and eventually fail, which happened to me. Star deduction for the wiring harness issue. Otherwise they're working fine. I did buy another kit (have yet to install) for the fog lamps, and the lamps are 3000 kelvin (orange). Don't go higher than daylight (5600 or 6000K) because the higher or lower you go, your light output will diminish. I bought a pair of 8000K lamps that are still in, but I do want to get back to the 6000K bulb, because I did see a slight light dropoff from the old kit I had with the 6000K's. It had to be replaced since the plastic base failed.

I just finished the installation of the bixenon bulbs, and let me tell you, they rock !! They give a bright white light , even in Lo. I had a previous set of blue pair 6000K bulbs, but nobody told how cool the white light was, until i compare them through the internet reading and watching products reviews like this one. They are installed in a 2003 Nissan XTRAIL. Really easy to install, you can't go wrong connecting the cables, because they have 1 male , 1 female and little one connector, which the go connected accordingly in your ballast wiring harness as well. Great seller and flawless product !! I recommend this product.

4.0 out of 5 stars love them but, January 28, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
just bought these lights since my old HIDs went out. They're great, but they're not 80k. Im confused because I dont know much about HIDs but the previous ones I had were around 60k (light white/blue tint). These 80k are yellow and only the high beam is white/blue (but still whiter than my old HIDs).I always understood that the higher the number the darker they got so my 80ks should be dark blue. Maybe I ordered the wrong ones. Not sure if they change colors eventually but the high beam option is pretty cool. I installed these on my 2005 crown vic police interceptor and they work great but only 1 high beam works. Is this a bad bulb, not enough power (i got a lot of electronics in the car), or something else? Ill call customer service tomorrow.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Reliable Product from KENSUN, January 24, 2012
Hi Folks

I am writing this revew about the KENSUN HID lights I bought on Amazon from the KENSUN seller, hope it will be usefull for you all.

I was somewhat hesitant at first to purchase these since there are so many companies on the internet that sell these kind of stuff. I did much research of the different options brands and sellers there are around and saw that this KENSUN company seems to have a pretty good reputation. I Extremely happy with the lights I got from the KENSUN seller on Amazon. They really are plug and play as advertised took only 2 to 3 minutes and they are all set up.

These KENSUN guys really stand behind their products. I contacted their technical support guy for help and they were so helpful and professional I'm
really happy with these lights and would recommend them to my friends.

I'm going to post a review also on my Facebook page about this KENSUN brand and company because they certanly are a great choice.

Hope this was somewhat helpfyul for you all.

God Bless You all and may God bless KENSUN & the United state of America

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality, January 23, 2012
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
One of the two bulbs arrived broken (it's still there in one piece but it moves freely in relation to the base), the second one does not work for my BMW 530i. It starts for a second and then goes off after the initial 25K volts zap by the HID 50V ballast. I switched the bulbs (one of the old ones was still working in my other headlight) and the old one worked and this new one didn't work in the other headlight either. VERY POOR QUALITY bulb. Returning back to Amazon. Next time i will stick with OEM OSRAM or Philips bulbs.

4.0 out of 5 stars Do these come in a pair?, January 5, 2012
Quick question before I order. Are these replacement bulbs sold in a pair or do I have to set the quantity to 2 to receive a pair?? A quick response would be appreciated!!

2.0 out of 5 stars Not the right color hue (wanted deep blue got white), December 29, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have ordered over 10 pairs of bulbs ranging from 12000K (light blue) to 30000K (deep purple). The best bulbs I have ever purchased for my intended color was a deep blue ranging from 15000K to 20000K from carid.com Unfortunately their replacement bulbs are special ordered and a pain in the ass to get. I would like to say the only thing I do like about the bulbs I got from these guys is that they are artic white, which is more of an 8000K color hue. They should really not mislead people by just using a picture. I have had great purchases for low (9006), and high (9005) beams for my car. I have a lot of knowledge pertaining to HID kits, and I have found that you really have to get lucky and just hope that the seller represents their prodcut correctly and honestly. Maybe if I ordered 30000K i would have gotten a more blue color i was looking for. Unfortunately, what can you do. The price isnt bad for replacement bulbs, but as I said, I have definitely had much better experiences with HID replacement bulbs, and this was for sure not one of them. C- rating.
