I purchased this helmet after my 9 year old had a bike accident and received a concussion. Sad, but he had grown out of his previous helmets, and I never got a bigger one. He wanted the chin protection, because his chin hurt very bad after the accident. We have several Razor products, but his accident was on the regular pedal bike. This helmet fits perfectly and he loves the look. Half the battle of getting a kid to wear the helmet is to get them to like it. My son likes it and wears it every time. Great purchase, if a little too late for me.

My son loves this helmet. It is well made, nicely finished, and looks better that any other kids bmx/scooter helmet out there. He wears it for sports all the time.

Great helmet for young kids. Both my sons have one and love them! Comes with extra padding if needed (my son is a big 4 year old and didn't need it). All the kids think they look cool and I feel confident of the protection they give.

We bought this helmet to go with our son's new dirt bike. Not only is it very cool, it also protects. Gone are the days of wearing plain helmets that your Mom forces you to wear! Our son eagerly reaches for this helmet because he likes how it looks on him. In his 6 year old viewpoint he said, "I like my helmet because I feel like a superstar riding my bike. I can pretend that I am a stunt man or on a rocket ship to Mars and I know I look good doing it." My opinion is that when he wrecked - which was inevitable - the helmet protected his head and face, which was worth every penny to me. He also uses this helmet for his regular bike, his pony and his sisters scooter. You wont go wrong - kid tested (ITS COOL), Mommy approved (ITS SAFE)!

The razor helmet is very light weight and not very strong feeling......BUT thats coming from an adult with saftey in mind! That said, My kid LOVES it!!!! His is black and he wears it EVERY time he rides. Even when it's 95 degrees out! He says it's cool looking and i guess for the speed the razor bikes go....(18-21 mph) these helmets are fine.

Bought this for my 5 year old son who has a LARGE head (already in Men size hats) and while it was a bit too big he quickly grew into it. He completely loved the helmet and it seems to offer good protection for him. The only thing they could have added was the shield and that is simply for the "cool" look- as my son tells me.

I rate this highly and would highly recommend it.

Very well made, light weight, helmet. Good for bmx riding. Very comfortable fit. My sons comments that it fits better than his more expensive Bell helmet. Only wish it came with a buckle system instead of a snap lock and wish it was matte black to hide all the scratches. Otherwise a great deal for those trying to keep in budget.

My daughter (9) and son (6) can both wear this helmet with their Razor MX350 Dirt Rocket Electric Motocross Bike. My son loves the helmet because he no longer has to wear the baby one when he wants to ride his regular bicycle.

Not knowing what to look for when searching for a full face helmet I saw this one and thought looks good and is made by a well known company so I will try it. On Christmas day my grandson opened the box and it was love at first sight. It fit perfectly and helps protect him too, We were very impressed!

The helmet fit my 5 year old well with the strap tightened up. He can see well and it is light enough not to make him awkwardly top heavy. I do wish it had some kind of buckle he could fasten himself.
