One-of-a-kind author,

Most of the books written by this author are about those who live in the Appalachian mountains. She writes about a way of life that no longer exists. Her books will put you in the time and place and you will feel like you know the characters in her books. The only thing I can compare these books to are the Foxfire books. If you like them, you will like her books.
