I purchased these to replace stock speakers in a Honda Civic. This car has considerable rode noise, and if the volume was turned up on the speakers, the sound quality became so bad it was worse than the noise. I purchased these speakers in the hope that I could drown out the road noise at high speeds so I could still listen to music while driving. I drive to Utah (about 5 hours) twice a month. In this my primary goal, I have been extremely pleased. These seem like a very nice speaker.

The radio in this car is not a high quality unit, so I cannot accurately rate the quality reproduction of the highs and the lows, but my overall impression of the sound that comes from these speakers seems very clean. My last speakers I could barely hear the base, and now I can hear it and even feel it (these speakers are in the panel down by my legs). Voices come out much crisper than the old speakers. I would definitely recommend these speakers. I will update this review after I replace the stereo.

I bought these for additional speakers in my car and they are sounding like surround sound. I paired them with the Kenwood KFC 6x9's with no amp so far and it sounds nice. I have the kenwood 4 channel amp that I will pair it up with the speakers but you don't need it unless your building a system like me. All in all these are a good buy for the price and I recommend replacing with all kenwood speakers

These speakers are as good as any I've heard for bass mid and treb... They are holding up better than the OEM paper ones...

These are very nice speaker, and for the price on here they are unbeatable, they are 90 at every retail store ive seen them. Very crisp clear audio no distortion. I currently have no amp because i have a L5, but thet are very high quality speakers for the price.

This item was deilvered quickly and sound great for the money. I do not run an amp but it still sounds a lot better then the factory speakers!!

These speakers are impressive!!! Very loud, good bass. I won't complain about the quality, they're pretty good, but my Pioneer 6x8's are AMAZINGLY clear, so I don't know if that's even a fair comparison. ;) Good speakers for the money! I'd recommend them.

I bought these to go along with a new head unit to replace my stock system. They sound great. period have a nice clear sound for the trebble and ausome mid and lows. For myself they I like more crisp trebble with a little bass and these are great. and the way they are shaped allows for a great surrond effect rather than just noise coming out of your door panel i would recomend these for first time buyers as myself

I've been blasting stereo for a long time and know what a quality speaker-driver should sound like. These just don't cut it. In fact, they sound like something you'ld get from a pocket transistor radio. I pushed 100+ watts into'em and bass responce was not too bad but forget any sweet mid-range or higher. The reproduction of sound on the high level is raspy and if I didn't know they were new, I'd think they were blown. Nothing but what I consider noise. -- The price isn't bad but you get what you pay for and if you want pure sound, don't bother with these. You'll be as disappointed just as I.

Can't really say how good or bad the speakers are because I was using them without an amp. I imagine they are pretty nice speakers when attached to the amp but without an amp they definitely lack.
