This is a great Kenwood add on, it was easy to install and works just like the portable units.In fact, i replaces my portable Kenwood Gps with this unit. They are identical in operation.I don't like the SALES ADDS that pop up in the new Kenwood units though.I am trying to find a way to turn off the sales pop ups in the Kenwood GPS units.SALES ADDS on the screen are very annoying, Kenwood should stop this practice or let the customer know about the sales adds before purchase.This way i could have had the option to purchase a different GPS unit from a another company that don't install sales adds in the GPS

this thing does it all gas milage how fast your going and the best wayto go to save gas. wow the price is kinda high but shop around and you can get it for about 350 off ebay and thats worth it. so u dont have to use your phone batt up all the time. oh yea i got the kenwood head unit kvt 696dvd.

This was a great deal and seller is fast shipping. I have had installed in my 1992 custom Chevy truck since 9-17, works great.
This was installed to a Kenwood Excelon KVT-696 DVD Receiver.
Garmin makes a great product, works great with the kenwood receiver.

The product was shipped quickly and recieved in good shape. It took about an hour to install and works great. Wish I had bought in the begining but Garmin makes a great product, nice add on for my stereo.

This was a grewat addon to my Kenwood DDX-896. It was a super easy install and it works great. I do wish it would show the names of the streets that I am passing. Other than that is is great.

Hello Amazonians I was really worried that this item will not work on my Asian Head-unit (KVT-536) but it worked on it. The second thing I was worried about is the City Navigator software from Garmin might not work on the g610, because the Garmin website said contact a Kenwood dealer for map data. To my surprise the City Navigator software for the Middle-East and North Africa worked like a charm on the g610. However, there is one downside to this unit. It's not as fast as a nuvi and is a bit slow. I will recommend this unit to my friends and special thanks to the seller, DiscountJungle.

Just installed this past weekend into my wife's `06 Jeep Liberty. Installation was a breeze and you just can't beat the Garmin navigation system. Absolutely love the unit and you can find far better deals on this product here on Amazon than other audio stores such as Crutchfield.
