I have a 2009 Yaris hatch back. Needless to say giving up any kind of cargo space is a hard thing to do. I had looked at the self powered subs but no matter what brand I looked at I saw reviews where things went bad after a year or so. I can see where having your electronics booming around inside you sub enclosure can cause issues.

I chose to go this route. The tube was bigger than I thought it would be, but it ended up to be a perfect fit - I still have a lot of space back there. It nestled really well in the back and looks so cool when you see my amps mounted to the backseats and this cool tube with the embroidered Kenwood logo in three inch letters facing out.

It pumps out a ton of Bass. It vibtrates the car so hard I can not use the rear view mirror when I have it cranked up. It shakes all the mirrors so bad you cant use them. Way cool! :)

For starters paying only $135 (included shipping) was an absolute steal and let me tell you this tube pounds like a pair of 15' subs. The amp has the bridge option of 150 X 1 and I suggest you take full advantage of it. I have spent 3 times as much in the past for a sub and amp and nothing compares to the shaking from this Kenwood bass tube. Only recommendation I have is to make sure you put down some Dynamat or sound deadning material in the trunk/hatch area as this bass tubes bite is just as vicious as its bark. Buy it!

Let me first say I bought a 250w class D 10in bazooka tube($233.00) and shipped it right back cause it sounded like crap and rattled bad.Bazooka definately is not what they were back in the day. So I was skeptical when I ran accross this package at $140.00 shipped.I figured what the heck, give it a shot.I have to say I am very happy with the sound. I downsized from 2 12' kenwoods with an 1800 watt amp. It doesnt do what they did but I needed the cargo space(Trailblazer). It does however give you nice bass for you to enjoy in the car. It does travel out of the car some. Its also very sharp looking with the kenwood logo embroidered on it. I would definatly recommend this purchase. The only reason I didnt give it a five star is because that it doesnt hit as hard as some describe. But it is true to what it is.

This lil package was just what the doctor ordered, not too loud and not too quiet. Easy install, though I found the strap system for attaching it to the trunk to be less than useful (allowing the sub to eventually rock itself free..but if you properly tighten them the first time this shouldn't occur). I'm happy with the setup

This thing is great! It added the perfect amount of bass to my stock (but premium) sound system. (2001 Lexus ES300). The bass can get very intense if you turn it up but i prefer for it to add some depth to my music, not completely over power it. The sound is also very clean. I had to adjust the amp settings and EQ settings on my headunit to get it just right. It takes up a minimal amount of space in my trunk which is perfect because I have a lot of stuff that needs to go in there. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who wants bass and is on a budget.

I installed these items in my Sons Hyundai Elantra. Its not going to win any contest but it definetly added some great "clear" sounding base. I was really surprised how well it sounded. I did not use any of the mounting strapes but instead used two small wedges to stop the speaker from rolling around in the trunk.

I've been using this stuff for about 2 months...First I began to run it with a stock "monsoon" stereo and connect it using speaker level input socket.I want to tell you forget about this way to connect it to your HU(head Unit).To me, there was no bass.In order to connect this using RCA input, I had no other choice to replace the HU with an aftermarket one.I did that and now it connected to my stereo via RCA inputs...It's dangerous!!It vibrates my whole car.This package is realy nice.I disappointed at the time I saw it's amp., it looked tiny,but now it changed my mind.Recommend it to people want to enjoy music...

I purchased this after looking at several different amp/subwoofer packages. I couldn't find any reviews so I was a little skeptical. I had just installed a 7" touch screen dvd player-navigation system-stereo into my 1991 BMW, and I wanted to add a subwoofer that didn't require a lot of modification to my car. I definitely wanted to install it in my trunk since my little coupe has a lot more room in the trunk then it does in the backseat. The battery is in the trunk also so installing this was a no brainer. This is a huge, 12" tube that adds great sound to my system. I keep the bass on the low side since I prefer the thump to accent my music, not overpower it. This could easily pump it out if I turned it up a bit, but it sounds sweet to me right where I have it. The low price had me worried that I was going to get what I paid for, which wouldn't mean much. Thankfully I got a lot more than I paid for. This was definitely a product I would recommend to both experienced installers and first timers. Great sound, low price, easy hook-up. Can't be beat.

well i bought this back in mar 2011... now its july 2011..and the sub has blown i rarely ever have it turned super loud ...oh well it was good while it lasted :/ super disappointed...
