I found this dvd to be very good. Although it is lacking a couple important instructions.The instructions are assuming that you can already play the guitar some what in my opinion. It should instruct you to go slow and practice each segment over and over. But all and all I found it to be a great dvd. Keoki plays old style Ki ho Alu.
the open "G" tuning is really great it opens up awhole new area of guitar playing. It is well worth the money, if you like Hawaiian guitar. Keoki is a grammy award winning artist, and has a demeaner that is soft and easy going.Try it! |
