I have been using kerastase by l'oreal since the late 1990s, but have yet to find it in a store in the united states. thus, I was really surprised (but happy!) to find that amazon carries it, as it is is not generally marketed on the american side of the atlantic. thank you amazon!

the entire kerastase series is possibly the best haircare series that has ever been created. I have long, thick wavy hair which tends to get heavy, and thus, I must be careful not to over-condition. yet, long hair needs extra moisture or it will go brittle. kerastase is certainly the only product I have ever encountered that makes my locks shine like those of a hollywood star, without making my long hair appear heavy and flat.

I would give this product six stars if it were possible. it is that good.

Was great to be able to get my wife's favorite conditioner for a few $$ less than she pays in a salon.

I`m a HUGE fan of Kerastase products. I basically swear by them. But this is not one of their better products. I tried it for something different, but find it to be no more inspiring than most other mid-to-high-end conditioners. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a 6.8. It`s "ok", but I usually give Kerastase products raving 10`s.

I have frosted hair that is generally on the dry side. The problem with most conditioners I've tried is that if they are good enough to get out the knots in my hair and soften it, they are very heavy and weigh my hair down. I found out about Kerastase at my beauty parlor and can only get it there or at Amazon. It's wonderful, doing everything I need, including making my hair nice and shiny, without the heaviness. I recommend it highly.

I like this product, however, it's not worth the $$.
I find Nioxin, for dry & colored hair is just as good.

Kerastase, Lait Vital Proteine Hair Conditioner is at best okay. I really enjoy Kerastase hair products however I found this conditioner to weight my hair down. It also doesn't leave my hair sliky smooth as other conditioners.

I have been using this product for years off a recommendation from my favorite spa. Since then, my hair looks healthier, has more body, and feels great! Only thing to keep in mind is that the light nourishing care for normal to slightly dry is perfect for hair that tends to be on the dry side. I tried the extra moisturizing one, and it's just a bit too heavy. All in all, it's a fantastic product!

Very good conditioner, have been using it for years. hair is well conditioned but not weighed down. I recommend this product.

I started using this shampoo and conditioner based on the recommendation of my stylist and after 25 years of trying to find the perfect shampoo, I can stop looking. This leaves my hair soft, shinny and manageable. I have thick naturally wavy hair that I blow dry straight. I used to put a straightening product in my hair before blow drying and an anti-friz on after blow drying, but not anymore. The shampoo & conditioner are all my hair needs to look fantastic. Plus, not having to use additional products offsets the the cost.
