Lead screws with Anti-Backlash Nuts are very effective linear actuators, especially where precise positional accuracy and repeatability are necessary. Position repeatability is within 50 micro-inch (0.0013 mm). Standard lead accuracy is 0.0006" inch. Light and heavy duty nuts are available for different load applications.

I don't know what the lead of this nut is so I can't match it with a screw. I'm also pretty sure it's not 849% efficient.
