I've found Kernal Seasons in different flavors in the grocery store but never saw the Jalepeno flavor until going to a movie theater where they had different seasonings to add to your bag. Loved it. Looked all over our city in the stores for this and finally gave up and ordered it off Amazon. A little pricier, but a good deal on shipping helped. It's worth it. I love this stuff on popcorn, baked potatoes, etc. The nice thing about getting 6 shakers is that I can share!

if your tired of the same old butter and salt fare for your popcorn, then you gotta try this stuff out. the Jalapeno flavor is my favorite, even though it doesn't taste much like jalapeno. Kernel Seasons makes other flavors too. you can even find them at Walmart and Target, but for some reason they never have the Jalapeno flavor. Great stuff!

The Jalapeno popcorn seasoning is delicious!! I looked for it in stores but couldn't find the Jalapeno flavor. They had the other flavors from Kernel Seasons but not the Jalapeno, so I ordered it through Amazon and got a pack of 6 (what a bargain).

I have tried every flavor that Amazon offers in this brand of popcorn seasoning. Based upon all of the salty flavors, this is by far my favorite. It's not going to be hot and spicy like you may think, but it definitely tastes like jalapeno.

We discovered this seasoning at our local movie theater, and now we really crave it at home too. The jalapeno flavor is the best, but it's not spicy like you might think. Just the right blend of salty and savory...

I air-pop my corn at home, sprinkle salt and eat them in a "healthy" way without butter.

When I sprinkle this on "dry" freshly popped corn, the powder is so fine that the powder either goes into my nose (when I breath out while eating, which we usually do as humans, try holding your breath while chewing something it's not natural) making me cringe, or into my throat (air vent) making me cough/choke.

I'm guessing they expect me to eat this with layers and layers of butter so the "powder" doesn't get sucked into my nose/throat, but I eat my popcorn without butter because it is healthier!

So now, for me to use this seasoning I had to use olive oil (instead of butter, as it is healthier than butter) and place them into a ziplock and shake them. The problem is that I can't just add a little, I have to add a lot of oil so it covers all the popcorn.

So if you don't mind 10 pumps of--movie theater style--butter then this might work excellently for you. If you're looking to eat your butter without butter or oil, then this will make you choke, sneeze, gag, cough and make you frustrated you can't even enjoy your own popcorn.

If you want to try something that is crazy spicy and really addictive, put some TABASCO brand Pepper Sauce - Original Red 5oz. and shake them up. This is how a lot of people in Brazil eat their popcorn (with hot sauce) and you'll be crying because it's so spicy/hot but you won't be able to stop eating because it is so addictive good!

I wanted to give 1 STAR but I guess majority of Americans eat with butter so I gave it a fair 3 STAR because with butter/oil the product works... without them, omg.... I think the 5 packs I didn't open are going to be a White Elephant gift for Christmas next year.

It's awesome on popcorn, and french fries. too bad there aren't any stores that sell it. I tried it at a movie theatre and was hooked. It's a six pack, it should last for a while, and will make a great gift.

I bought the jalapeno seasoning thinking it would be a great flavor to add to my popcorn. The good part is that it does indeed taste decent. However, the seasoning is so fine that it makes me cough whenever I try to breath; it gets into my nose and also makes me sneeze. I'm thinking about returning this as the product needs to be improved for me to even consider purchasing another one.
