This knife is super sharp and stays that way even after filleting hundreds of fish. I have owned this knife for almost a year and it is still razor sharp. I have owned other fillet knives and this matches up really well to the last one I had that cost $60+. The best feature of this knife is that it is a folding knife and when space in your gear is a premium it fits nicely.
