I absolutely love this knife, and at only 15 bucks? Wow! This is easily one of the best value knifes out there.
Pros: Sized perfectly for every day carry Smooth opening blade Thick blade and extremely durable Good looking 8Cr13MoV steel Factory sharp Colorful (hard to lose) Secure pocket clip Functional jimping on the handle (best jimping on plastic I've felt) Heavy duty feel Price Easy to use and open Solid lockup of blade Relatively low maintenance Cons: Blade has no protective coating so it can rust easily Pocket clip cannot be adjusted Concave blade style is unnecessary on a blade that wide and small Point is extremely dull (and not for stabbing at all) Hard to resharpen This knife is literally one of the best sized EDC knifes I've ever seen, If Kershaw used a standard flat ground blade, then the blade would be nearly perfect.

Good value for the money,

Good, stout knife for the money. Mine came with a factory edge that was pretty sharp but not polished. The clip which looks like a wrench is kind of different. The 8CR13MOV steel used in the blade has gotten plenty of favorable comments on knife forums.

Hard to beat for the price,

For the price asked, under $14, this knife is practically disposable. It also ships for free with Amazon Prime. The blade steel is a good quality, the grip is secure, and the red color makes it hard to lose. The clip is secure, and does not interfere with my grip. The blade is thick and stout, and can handle a fair amount of abuse.
I have one I carry every day, and one in each of my cars' emergency kits, as well as a spare. You CAN find a better knife, no doubt, but at a significantly higher price.
