5.0 out of 5 stars Best knife I've ever owned, July 22, 2007

This review is from: Kershaw Ken Onion Red Blur Serrated Folding Knife with Speed Safe (Sports)
This is without a doubt the best knife I have ever owned. However, the knives I've had before this were you basic cheap 5 or 20 dollar knife. A friend of mine recently purchased a Ken Onion knife and once I saw it I fell in love with it. I can't remember the exactly model that he bought but it is about a third to half the size of the blur. The blur when you hold it in your hand fill your entire hand so you have plenty of grip on the knife. It also has a pretty nice heft to it as well. Not too much, not too little, its really just right as far as I'm concerned. I would highly recommend this knife to anyone that is in the market for a new knife.

3.0 out of 5 stars Rusty, Rusty, Rusty, December 16, 2008

I love Kershaw knives, the speed opening feature has got to be the best thing going.
This knife is a tad heavy for me, I like to keep it clipped to my pocket, and it just seems a little heavy. I don't blame Kershaw for this, it is my own fault not checking the size with my other knife...
The one problem is it rusts really fast. The blade tarnished within a couple weeks of use. No problem, just use a little steel wool and it comes right off. But, I would rather not have to mess with it.
It is a guality knife, just heavy.
I have relugated it to my toolbox and bought a smaller knife.
