The product works better than I expected. i suffer frm arthitis in my wrist and knees, and havebursitis in my foot. This gel provides long lasting relief using only a small amount (about 1/4 tsp).

I have tried several different topical applications for painful knees, elbows etc. This has been the most effective. It provides relief within a few minutes and lasts for a few hours.

This worked for me for back pain. I cannot take ibuprofen because of a sensitive stomach so this was a miracle for me. I will be buying more.
