Doing the Atkins diet? Then you need these strips. It's the only way to know if you are in Lipolysis (or Ketosis). They work and are very easy to use, neat and clean. What more can one say.

We use these for monitoring ketosis with the ketogenic diet for epilepsy. They seem to work as they are supposed to.
And they are nicely sized for cutting in half to get twice as many per bottle. Makes the price a little nicer.

Not much to say about this product... I am on Atkins and use it to monitor ketosis. They are right on the money every time.

These sticks are great to have if you are on a hard core diet. These sticks will tell you if you are eating the carbs that you need or not. Makes it possible to go really low on them.

I've never had a problem with mine, they are easy to read and are consistent day to day. Very helpful and keeps you honest when on Atkins.

I used these when I first started doing Atkins & they are tremendously helpful in keeping track of progress & seeing the sticks turn color absolutely increases motivation to stick with it when the going is tough (breaking free of sugar cravings was hard at first).

These are inexpensive & very useful (if not a little bit habit-forming, lol).

For low carb these are the best I've used and give you good feed back on whether you're staying in Ketosis. They came promptly as promised.

This price is a rip off!!! You can get a box of 100 for less than $7 at Walmart!

The brand is ReliOn and is just as trusted as Bayer for diabetic blood tester strips as well as meters and home BP machines

These test strips are great. I have used another brand before and got inaccurate results. Very good product, very good price.

It is hard to mess up chemistry. These do exactly what they are supposed to do.

They were packaged well and shipped at a reasonable speed. Can't complain.
