Yummy and easy cocoa on the go!,
By I would recommend you run the keurig through empty once before having a cocoa. My first one tasted coffee-ish.

Not good at all,

I thought it was great that there was hot cocoa for the keurig machine. this is so watery when you make it. green mountain needs to improve it. it tastes like chocolate flavored water. if you make a product that is intended for the machine it should work well in the machine. i love all of the k-cup coffees but this cocoa sucks.

Weak unless you excavate the rest of the cocoa out,
By This is because sometimes, a significant amount of the cocoa powder stays behind in the cup after the brew cycle. To really get a consistent product, you have to pierce the foil top to see if there is stuff left behind; scoop it out and stir it in, and you get the well-flavored cocoa some reviewers are raving about. This, however, is ludicrous - it defeats the fire-and-forget interaction that makes the Keurig worth it. The only thing that saves the product from a 1-star review is that its quick sugar hit has prevented many an afternoon nap at work. :D

Yes, it is easy, but not good at all. Hot water with little chocolate flavor---Swiss Miss is way better!

The chocolate flavor is weak. What you need to do is use the smallest cup size, then after it is done take out the cup, open the lid of the K cup and scoop out the rest of the powder. It's drinkable, but barely.
Worse then the extra fuss of mixing the powder yourself, is the flavor. There is a VERY DISTINCT plastic aftertaste. I thought maybe the water was just so hot it melted the cup, but the plastic cups are made of seem to be the same as the coffee ones which do not have this aftertaste. I think the chocolate is just not a good flavor. Next time I'm going to try ordering a different brand.

Great Easy Hot Chocolate,
By When trying these k-cups I did not add anything else before serving (ex: marshmellows) I hope you enjoy and dont let the low review scores point you away from enjoying the easiest cup of hot chocolate you have ever had.

All I can say is this is the weakest brew I've ever had out of a coffee machine. The flavoring is also blatantly artificial. It's convenient but it's not good.

Not Good,
This review is from: Keurig 15540 Green Mountain Coffee K-Cups, Hot Cocoa - 16 K-Cups (Kitchen)
We got a new K-Cup machine and were very excited to try the hot chocolate. It was not good at all; it was like drinking hot water with a very, VERY slight taste of some sort...possibly chocolate. I would not purchase this item again.

I purchased this package of hot chocolate for my parents to go with their new coffee maker. This way, grandchildren could enjoy the machine too. But the chocolate (about $.65 a cup) tastes funny and will not be appealing to the kids.
