I would like to say that those who think this product is "loud" are possibly being a little dramatic. Yes the OfficePro is louder than other Keurigs. But it isn't that big of a deal. It does not sound like a jet is going off in your kitchen. It does not shake walls or rattle windows. Frankly, it sounds like a small aquarium pump.

The machine worked exactly as described. We did not have any problem with priming the pump, and the coffee included was excellent. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase and will gladly recommend this product to anyone.

It's hard to judge any of these keurigs without using them for a year or two (that's when the issues start happening). However I did purchase this because it sounded like it had a better made pump (more like an acquirement pump, not some bladder). Also, usually products that are deemed "commercial" tend to be designed a little better because of warranty promises.

Is it loud? yeah, especially when you first purge (any pump without water is going to be loud). It still vibrates pretty good now, but not any more than other keurigs (my cuisinart was very quiet, but it's apparently now known for a crappy pump, and also died). No clock on this, but it does have a auto power off feature for 2 hours (I intend on turning this unit off every time I'm done making coffee). Turns out having hot water in these not only prematurely destroy the pump, but hot water also creates scaling.

Feature-wise, it's pretty simple. I sort of like the bigger dial for cup size selection, feels robust (not a bunch of tiny buttons).

I bought this model to use at home because I read that the motor in the OfficePro is better than in the home editions. I have been using it for about 6 months now, and it does work very well. I occasionally find a cup doesn't fill completely, but that has only happened once or twice, and I have just run an empty (no K cup, just water) cup through, which seems to fix it. It is a little loud. I have a small house, and probably wouldn't run it if someone was trying to sleep, but otherwise, it's not really a big deal. BUT, what I wish I had known before buying is that the reservoir automatically fills after every cup. In fact, you can't make a cup unless there is enough water in the reservoir for the machine to draw up for the next cup. In my case, as I only want a cup or two on the weekends, this is not ideal. The water sits inside the maker for a week. If I had known, I would have gotten one that you fill with water for each cup. As it stands, I just run an empty cup through before using each time so that it uses fresh water, but I would definitely have preferred not to have to do this. In an office, where this was intended to be used, obviously this feature makes sense. In all, this is a great product and I would recommend it.

I love my new Keurig 145. The water container is easy to remove and fill, and the machine simple, easy to use, and works perfectly. The choices on water levels are great. The machine primes when you fill it with water so the water is hot when you press the start button and coffee is ready in less than a minute. Unlike the other reviewer, I find the priming sound pleasing and not overly loud. I bought this very system with trial coffee pack at Office Depot for $129.00.

Bought this for a Christmas present for my wife. She's a big coffee drinker. She loves it. Easy to use, and brews really quickly.
The reservoir is easy to fill. We bought the reusable k-cups so we can use our own coffee, and they work great. Very happy we spent the extra and got the PRO model. Well worth it.

Shipping seemed a little slow but it got here well before the date given. (I'm really spoiled with Amazon's fast shipping!) Now I can have a lot of fun trying a bazillion different coffees. Makes a cup very fast. The ounce measurements are a bit off, the 8 oz setting gives about 7 oz. BUT every cup is fresh! Unlike my old Mister-Sludge. (Fresh coffee tastes funny) :-) Over all I like it! I do recommend it.

I have one of these at the office. Just a little too fast and easy for sure! Fell in love. So I decided that I could not live at home without one. Looked on Amazon and found a really great price on a newer model.....this one is pretty quiet compared to the model 140. And a commercial rated model should last longer than a home model. Very happy!

Easy setup and simple to use. Coffee is good using Kirkland Pacific Bold being full bodied brewed quickly. I purchased two different types of reusable K cups compatible with this brewer. I am happy with both types of cups. I hope this unit lasts the warranty period and I will be completely satisfied.
