We have used this in our small office for customers and staff for the last 2 months. Love, love, love the large capacity water reservoir! Use is straight forward, cleaning is easy, and the look is nice and sleek. Highly recommend a Keurig for the office (or home) if you are like me and tired of cleaning up someones mess before you can make yourself a cup of coffee.

We just ordered this (group effort) to place in our Lunchroom and we couldn't be happier with it. The product works just as well as any of the home model Keurigs I've used in the past. The touchscreen controls are a nice addition and the massive 90oz tank is great! Spent my morning writing up documentation so everyone knows how to care for it, and it's already being put to good use by all.

In case anyone runs into the same questions I had prior to purchase... Yes, this machine does take the Keurig Filter Kit. And no, the "My K-Cups" will not fit in it because the nozzle is different from the home models. But you can use a SoloFill K3 Gold instead: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00C3828WA/

As for the seller... Perfect! Shipping time was spot on and item came just as intended. Thanks much!

We payed as much for this as the Home Platinum unit we got 3 years ago. Its bigger, when you lift the load head you can feel the difference, its more solid, better built, I also bought the water plumb kit so it always gets water from our Reverse Osmosis System and electronic descaling unit, we love the idea that we never have to keep filling the unit with bottled water. Its got a phone jack on the back and it will dial out for service, You can type in the phone number for Keurig service or you can type in your own number and it will call you and tell you it needs service, These units are built for commercial use and some are NFS approved for the by the National Food Service Industry, I guess one could buy these and lease them to business for their waiting rooms. And it will call you when it needs service. The Color LCD display makes shows of photos of brewing operation, making it easy for even an old women to understand on how to open, load and brew there own cup of coffee, with out having some one there showing them. All in all we are please with the quality of this machine. We have friends you use them in there shop for there customers, They have a sign to drop a free will donation in a lock box for the cost of the K cup and a small paper cup.

We bought a Keurig brewer for our office a couple of years ago, and it was great. This Premier model, which is supposed to be top-of-the-line, is inferior in every way. First of all, it reeks of a plastic/ chemical smell, a problem that occurs from time to time across the entire Keurig product line (if Amazon reviewers since 2008 are to be believed). Second, they've reduced the cup size options in this brewer. The largest cup size is now 10 ounces (our old brewer went up to 12), and the smallest size is 4 ounces. Who wants to brew a 4 ounce cup of coffee? The default is 8 ounces, and I could not find instructions in the manual to set a different default. Another reviewer mentioned the Color LCD display that shows photos of a brewing operation; this LCD continually displays these images (set of 3 steps), and there is no way to turn it off. It's like having an always-on neon sign in the room. Yes, the reservoir is bigger and more solid than on other models, but it now has a removable float device to measure water level, and it falls out any time you tip the reservoir (for example, when placing the reservoir under a tap to fill it). Our old Keurig had a small float built in to the bottom of the reservoir; never a problem.

Keurig sent me this Premier model to replace a K140 model that also reeked of chemicals. I learned of the ongoing odor problem through comments on Amazon; Keurig's website has no mention of it. Keurig is very good about sending replacements to customers who complain about the odor problem, but if my experience is in any way representative, the quality of their products is in serious decline.

Wonderfully constructed machine that we set up in the office. It's much better than getting the consumer version -- this one is much sturdier and has a lot of parts that last much longer than the standard one.

First, the K155 has a 90oz reservoir, one of, if not the, largest reservoir that Keurig offers. It also comes with the water feed plumbing kit so you can hook it up to a water line to feed the machine's reservoir, but our office already has two machines hooked up to the wall's water line. For now, filling up the reservoir isn't a problem at all. The K155 also accepts 3rd party reusable filters, but we have a water filtrating system that we use to fill up the reservoir.

The drip tray is removable which is nice. With the tray attached, the machine works perfectly with standard coffee mugs, but if you have one of those tall mugs you'll have to remove the tray (which is easy) to fit your travel mug.

This machine does 4, 6, 8, and 10oz brewing sizes and they never take more than 60 seconds to brew -- that's a very generous estimate and it probably takes much shorter on average to brew. It can also be programmed to automatically turn on and off at set times every day to save energy.

Last, the officePro version is, surprise!, rated for the heavy use of offices. The electrical plug it uses is a bit more heavy duty and the machine comes with a drain.
