NY Coffee Lover,
By Joseph Levy (Clifton Park, NY USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Keurig Signature B60 Bundle
We found this bundle at another store for considerably less than advertised here. That being said, it's still a good deal - the filter goes for ~$20 and the 60 K cups (vs the 12 you get in a normal package) is another $15 so it's on a par with what you can get a K60 for on sale if you look real hard.
We find it brews a good cup of coffee; we're always using 10 oz mugs and the "large" setting is just fine. The filter/filter holder however does present some problems - the filter is messy to clean and water has a tendency to splash while brewing because there's not a tight fit between the top of the filter holder and the hot water nozzle. I solved that problem with a small o-ring taped to the filter top. That's the only reason I downgraded from a 5* rating.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY KEURIG BREWER,
By
This review is from: Keurig Signature B60 Bundle
My family is now on our third Keurig Brewer and all three have failed within 6 months. First the machine brews smaller and smaller portions, then it stops brewing altogether. We loved the concept and variety the Keurig offered however it's performance has been dismal. Interesting there is no place on the web site that one can call and discuss repairs?
The single serve coffee machines are a great idea waiting for a company that cares about quality to arrive. Keurig is not that company.

I had this coffee maker for over 6 months. My husband and I drink coffee every day. I had to descale the machine 4 times already. The pot doesn't brew sometimes, it brews less and less coffee and is a big letdown after our Cuisinart lasted 5 years with no problems!! I like that we can have different types of coffee, but may be going back to ground coffee!

Lifespan of Keurig?,
By Amanda "AmandaSue" (San Bernardino, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Keurig Signature B60 Bundle
I purchased the large Keurig December 2008. It has performed fine until recently. The amount of liquid has been decreasing. I have soft water, so I didn't de-scale until the indicator came on. De-scaled last week per instructions. Had to de-scale again today. I suppose daily use for 2 years is ok, but for the price, I'd expect it to last longer. If it is still not performing, I will probably go back to the Cuinsart which, thankfully, is still in the garage. I don't think I'd purchase another Keurig. Had to resort to a jar of old instant coffee today (for emergencies), and actually, it tastes OK. Go figure.

Using the "My Cup".,
By Shirley A. Parsons (AUGUSTA, WV, US) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Keurig Signature B60 Bundle
I had a Keurig coffee brewer for 3 years and it worked perfectly until it just stopped. I bought another several months ago and the new model has a serious problem. The "MY Cup", made to brew loose coffee and not K-cups, overflows water and grounds into the receiving cup due to a faulty gasket above the upper needle. No instructions tell you that you have to lower the gasket ring above the needle each time you use the "My Cup" - forget and the coffee is not fit to drink, lower it too far and it comes off. This is not an improvement. This is a great item if it worked as advertised. I would not recommend it at this time.

Great coffeemaker,

I have thoroughly enjoyed this coffeemaker! Each cup is excellent, tea as well as coffee, and I'm not throwing out any unused coffee. That was my big reason for buying it. I got tired of throwing out left over coffee. The selection of K-cups is very large and getting bigger everyday. There is something for everyone. If I was a big drinker of coffee or had frequent guests, I would have added the large water tank. My brother-in-law loves his.

Didn't even last a full year.,

It just died on me this week after less than 1 year of using. I love the idea of single serve , no mess , no filter home made coffee but can't afford buying the coffee maker every year. Fail.

MAJOR PROBLEM!,
By
This review is from: Keurig Signature B60 Bundle
I had a B60 Keurig Brewer for about 8 months and absolutely loved it in fact I told everyone they should have one. Then it started acting up and eventually would not even turn on. I called Keurig and a 5 min conversation ended with them sending me a replacement for free which of course made me very happy. When that one came it had an awful taste and smell of rubber when we brewed the coffee. I did the recommended cleaning with vinegar etc for about 4 days and still could not get that taste and smell to go away. I called them again and after they tried to give me some bogus tips on how to clean it they sent me yet another one......and guess what? The same rubber smell and taste. I do not know if they have changed the parts or what but I am done with Keurig products....of course it is great that they will continue to send brewer after brewer but if they all have the same problem it does me no good. Would not recommend this machine in 2011-2012.

Keurig Signature B60 Bundle,

I am taking this Christmas present back. The water never heats to over 165 degrees & it is set to 192 degrees. The coffee grounds are coming out of the K-cups & into the machine & the bottom of my coffee cup. The water splashes out when filling the coffee cup, onto the machine & cabinet. Not what I expected for the price I paid.

Keurig BIG Hit,

Bought the B60 bundle as a Christmas present and it was a BIG hit! Provides the perfect amount of quality coffee every day! The programmable timer is a big help as well. No more making a whole pot of coffee for 2 or 3 freshcups in our house! Everyone gets a fresh, perfect cup of what they want! Easy to fill with water. K-Cups go in easy. So far, no trouble at all and we are 2+ weeks into the new machine. Even used for quick hot water for hot tea and instand oatmeal! Only criticism .... the portion sizes are a little small .... even the BIG cup selection won't fill a good sized mug. All in all, we like it, and I get thanked for a GREAT Christmas present every day!
