3.0 out of 5 stars 3 of kevs old VHS shows now on DVD
Kev's previously released shows are now packaged here on 3 discs. It probably could all have fit onto one disc, as the shows are still not in there entirety. It's good to have the footage polished up and the sound cleaned up from the VHS releases, but still, I expected bonus footage to be included if they where going to put all 3 shows into the one set. Still, tho, if you have never seen them before, i'm sure you will find them highly enjoyable.

You get the first video released from Kev that was filmed in Australia called, "Live and uncensored". What separates it from the rest of Kevs visual performances is it shows Kev actually using a live band to perform the last few songs of the set. Usually Kev does a one man show, but in this show he actually has a band backing him up and the "Dictaphone aka:Operator 42/stick the phone up your" is one of the funniest moments from Kev that you need to see what it is that makes him burst out laughing from one of his mates playing the operator.

Next up is "Let Loose Live In London". This was a great double disc CD, and I was really disappointed that half the material on the CD is not on the video. Usually these things are the other way around, but the vhs version left me really disappointed that so much classic material was not on the video, and now that it is on DVD it was not put back in, or added as bonus material.

Next up is "Kalgoolie Love Songs" which is a great show more recent then the other two videos, and contains a lot of kevs newer but still classic material.

To begin with the DVD's wouldn't play in my Pioneer DVD Deck. It looked like the vertical control didn't work. It did play in my computer and on a dual DVD/VHS deck. I don't know what that was all about!

They give you a personal view of what Kevin Wilson is all about. If you like RAW humor, this is good. My Australian friend barly admitted he knew about him! Hehe. Don't play this in front of the kids!
