I've been enjoying the free audio version of the chat show for some time now, and was very disappointed to learn that all episodes now cost $1.99 everywhere. I may occasionally buy one if it's someone I really love and am interested in, but otherwise, I'll be skipping it from now on. That's a shame too, because some of the guests I wouldn't have sought out on their own turned out to be really fascinating and entertaining people.
I wish they had instead picked up a few advertisers, that way the fans could still enjoy it for free but then the show's costs would be covered.

Update: Looks like they listened to all the feedback they got from the listeners, and have again made the new shows available for free. You can buy old shows for a great price (25 for $5) but the new ones are free. Glad they did that!

I really like Kevin Pollak, but this was very disappointing. I hope the next one I try is better than this one.

Keven does a great job with this long, Charlie Rose type interviews although I fast forward to his schtik to get to the interview itself. I had listened to a lot of his podcasts and he has done a great job with all I heard. I especially liked Jon Hamm and Billy Bob Thornton. I would have given 4 or 5 stars for the interview, but I am giving it 3 because I don't think these should be a 'pay' item. I think these should be included with Prime considering how dated these interviews are since this one was done on 3/24/10, three years ago. I would watch more if free, not worth the money for a dated interviews.
