Episode 18, "Kevin Pollak's Chat Show - Paul Rudd"
Synopsis: Paul Rudd opens up about his journey through theater to television to film. His discusses how said path took him to study theater at Oxford, leave a tv sitcom to make his Broadway debut in Alfred Uhry's "The Last Night at Ballyhoo," and then how he has slowly become a much sought after film comedic actor.
I've been enjoying the free audio version of the chat show for some time now, and was very disappointed to learn that all episodes now cost $1.99 everywhere. I may occasionally buy one if it's someone I really love and am interested in, but otherwise, I'll be skipping it from now on. That's a shame too, because some of the guests I wouldn't have sought out on their own turned out to be really fascinating and entertaining people. I wish they had instead picked up a few advertisers, that way the fans could still enjoy it for free but then the show's costs would be covered.
Update: Looks like they listened to all the feedback they got from the listeners, and have again made the new shows available for free. You can buy old shows for a great price (25 for $5) but the new ones are free. Glad they did that!
