good recipes, especially the Key Lime bars. She is for certain, the expert on the subject of Key Lime.

We bought this little book for our youngest son. he loves to bake. Great recipes and direct from the Keys.

This book is really nice. In it there are recipes for several different Key Lime Pies; Key Lime Souffles; Key Lime cakes; Key Lime Cookies; Key Lime Ices and so many more treats for those with a tooth for Key Lime like a relative of mine. A really sweet, easy to follow book with fun recipes. Enjoy.

On a visit to friends at The Viilages, I was served Key Lime pie..best I'd ever had!! My friend told me about KEY LIME DESSERTS by Joyce LaFray. I got on Amazon and recieved my order very promptly. I thank you for the quick turn-around. All the desserts are winners!!

I love the specialty pans from NordicWare and ordered this one due to its unique palm and banana design. Living at the beach I knew I could certainly make use of this pan on many occasions. It is a heavy pan and the indentations of the design are very precise. I sprayed with Baker's Joy and the cake design came out beautifully. There were only two negatives on this pan from my perspective and I took away one star due to them. 1. The pan sits unevenly on the oven racks due to the design and I had to place it sideways in the oven to get it to sit without tipping over. 2. When I turned the banana bread out on a cooling rack it promptly split half in two. I would suggest making sure that you cut the top of the bread smoothly so it rests flat. I thought mine was flat enough but due to the design it split anyway. I believe if you made cornbread or something more dense this would not be a problem.
