Needed a replacement key fob for my 2003 Ford Excursion. My local Ford dealer want $60 for one and then was going to charge me a service fee to program the thing! Bought this one instead, which came with programming instructions for free. I followed the instructions and had the remote programmed and working in less than 1 minute! Couldn't be more happy with this product and Amazon (it's a different feeling for the local Ford dealership).

The product arrived in good condition. Set up instructions were include. It work intermentent, I'm still troubleshooting my system with the Ford Dealership; in other words, it seems that the problem isn't the keyless entry but a malfuction on the Van itself.
