This is an incredible book that has story after story that warms the heart and makes you smile! Bobbi has surrounded herself, over the years, with many friends, staff and colleagues who each added their personal examples throughout the book of how the "8 KEYS" have played a significant part in their lives. Whether you are reading about BALANCE or FLEXIBILITY, you are sure to find a story you are able to relate to and apply to your own life.

This book was very insightful. When I started reading the first key, the stories really made me sob. I related to one particular story unfortunately, and I couldn't believe how one childhood memory still affected me after all these years! I continued reading through the book and it was the stories of real experiences that really touched me deeply. This book really motivated me to be more aware of what I say and how I act towards others. I am trying to remain more positive in my life for both myself and my teenage children. I feel better about my life and pray that I will continue to be more aware of my actions and how they affect others.
