I've been using the original(purple) AB Roller Plus for several years with good results and decided to try the Keys Pro-Trainer Ab-Roller because I was looking for more of a gym quality machine. After using this product for a few days I must say it has exceeded all expectations. It is similar in quality to the Pro Trainer Culb model made by the AB Roller people, but at a third of the price. It is comfortable to use and

provides more workout options. Most importantly, it targets the abs much better than the AB Roller Plus. Unfortunately it doesn't come with a workout video, but using the AB Roller Plus workout video I find that I get a much better burn in my abs with the keys model.

Very sturdy piece of equipment and I am sure it works great for average size people, but for me, 6'0, it just did not work for me, the neck rest hit too low and my arms were too long and did not rest on the pads, and the pivot point of the rocking was too short. For my wife, it was just the opposite, 5'1, she had the same problem but opposite, I gave this frame away, and will try something else.

I bought this ab roller after my chiropractor told me that I needed to strengthen my abs without straining my neck. The "neck support" that it comes with does not support the neck or head in any way, but forces all of the weight of the head onto the uppermost vertebrae of the neck. Ouch! I would strongly recommend AGAINST this purchase. Not only does it not work properly, but the foam pads were stained upon arrival. Gross! I will try another model.

I got this on a goldbox deal and its a great piece of exercise equipment for the price. It allows you to do a few more exercises than other Abs Machines however, some of the exercises are kinda hokey such as stretching your legs and calves (basically using it to steady yourself). The one negative is its size as I like to have it around while watching TV but it doesn't fold up. So i end up storing it in the garage which means I use it a lot less than if it were 'there'.
It definitely works your abs and does it pretty quick if you follow their exercises. Worth the $30 bucks

This is an excellent product. It works well for my husband, but not for me. It is more configured for an average/large person. Short people might have a more difficult time using it.

I am not diligent for exercise with this kind of private trainer tool. If you wanna use this kind of tool, you must be diligent.

This is too big to work out.
I'm having difficulty working out with this product.
After Day 1, I put them away.

IT MAY BE A GOOD PIECE OF EQUIPMENT, BUT IT'S TOO BIG. IT'S BIG BECAUSE YOU CAN LEAN ON IT AND DO LEG LIFTS, ETC. BUT ALL I WANTED TO DO WERE CRUNCHES. IT WAS HARD TO PUT TOGETHER ONLY BECAUSE THE SCREWS WOULD NOT FIT INTO THE SLOTS, I ALMOST BROKE MY FINGERS. I GAVE IT AWAY AND BOUGHT A SMALLER ROLLER THAT WORKS BETTER FOR ME.

This product is no joke. I can do various exercises with it, including dips, ab crunches, sit-ups, and push-ups as well as stretching.

Work out regularly with the protrainer and you'll see results after a while in your targeted area. Make sure you stretch before exercising.
