I spent many years without peace of mind or joy in my life, not knowing how to put quality in my day-to-day experience so I might feel fulfilled. This book answered a lot of my questions. I learned to calm my mind (meditate) and relax my body, and by using the techniques explained in Keys to Higher Consciousness, I released years of pain stored in my heart. As a result, I obtained a renewed relationship with spirit that has changed my life forever. God bless Graham Ledgerwood and thank you. Sumedha

This book is a easy-read for people like me. I don't want all this metaphysical new agey stuff with dream worlds and stuff. I don't have much care for institutional religions, but I was still looking for a simple way to find the answers to those burning questions all of us have. Like, what is my purpose here and why we all tend to suffer so much. The writer seems to patiently take me through step by step to live my life but with a clearer state of mind and soul with a understanding to maybe one day answer that question! I feel for the rest of my life, I will be refering to this book often! WOW, it does work! Try it!

As I was reading Graham's book about 10 years ago, I was glued to his colorful way he writes and, then, WHAM...Pure Bliss seeped into my life and everything was more than clear...I felt a sensation that I knew not possible...I had a clarity that shouldn't have existed...I attained a Level of consciousness I will NEVER forget..God Bless You Graham!
