thsi boot looks great, but runs big and my foot slips out easily- no ankle support is the worst part. Calf area way too wide for normal to large calfs. Even for price of $28 was not worth it..

I have fat ankles so I'm very happy with these boots, they fit perfectly and very warm and comfortable.

I just got these boots today and went out into the cold pouring rain to run errands in them. I walked in the pouring rain and not once did my feet get wet or cold during the day. The boots were comfortable to walk in and kept my feet warm without making them sweat. I was out for more than 5 hours in the elements with these boots on. The boots do run slightly big but that is okay for me because during the cold months I usually wear 2 pair of socks especially when I up north (I live in GA) to visit.

Warmest and most comfortable snow boots I have ever worn in my life. They do run an entire size too big, so take that into consideration when ordering or wear very thick socks! They are also very good in the waterproof area as well. Great price for a great snow or cold weather boot!

Two years ago I bought a pair of size 6 Khombu boots that were too short. So, when I found this pair on Amazon for an equally good price, I ordered a half size larger. Unfortunately, they are too long! They fit well enough, however, with a pair of thick wool socks. They are great boots - light in weight with a high-traction sole that allows walking safely on slick sidewalks.

Read reviews on another site that said these boots run 1/2 size big, I usually wear 8-8.5 so I ordered an 8. They fit perfectly at this size. I don't care for the way the top of the boot looks so I usually wear these boots so only the bottom/toe is visible, and a few people have thought they were sneakers. I have also worn them out in sleet and in single digit temperatures and my feet have always stayed dry and warm. The main drawback is they are very large at the calf, I think these would even be loose for plus sized women or women with larger calves. I don't know if they are meant to be this way so you can tuck your pants into the boot, I have not tried that yet. Because of the large opening, I am a little concerned that it would be relatively easy to get snow inside the boot. Also when it is windy I do feel the wind on my calves due to the large opening, they should have made the opening adjustable somehow. Still very good boot for the price, would definitely recommend.

I'm completely happy with these boots! I usually don't purchase shoes or clothing made in China, especially shoes or boots.
However, I was purchasing late in the season for my frigid temp, snow, sleet, and icy weather boots this year. Desperately
searching Amazon, I found a treasure with Khombu Women's Traverse Boots. I have normal ankles and feet (6.5 med) and these
boots fit great, but the wrong brown color is shown here, they are a lovely shade of dark brown not a rusty colored brown. There's a special plus for my comfort, Khombu boots are weatherproof/waterproof.
