Book Description

KICK MENSTRUAL CRAMPS IN THE NUTS is brought to you by touring comedian turned natural health expert, T.C. Hale (aka Tony Hale). Not only will Hale have you laughing out loud while he reveals the secrets behind cramps and how the human body functions, you will also learn how to look at your own body chemistry to understand the underlying cause of YOUR menstrual cramps. Since the reason cramps can exist varies from person to person, once you understand what is going on with your chemistry, this book will help you understand what foods, supplements, or lifestyle changes could eliminate your desire to scream at inanimate objects once a month.

If you are easily offended or if laughing is too painful while you're cramping, you can read the more straightforward version of this book, DONE WITH MENSTRUAL CRAMPS. Both versions will teach the same science and the same secrets. In this version, the author just gets to crack himself up.

Here's what some of Tony's celebrity clients have to say:

"Working
with Tony is like jumping into the arms of your favorite aunt. Except
it's not. At all. I mean, his methods work. But it's not like that at
all."

         - Jane Lynch - Glee

"I
confess to being a full-blown 'gymophobe.'  (I still have flashbacks of
my mean fourth-grade gym teacher!)  Tony actually makes the gym
panic-attack free."

        - Tom Kenny - Voice of Spongebob

"Wait.
You mean the short skinny trainer dude with the neon sneakers who
writes books about women's menstrual cramps?  Did  he ever get  a single
menstrual cramp?  I don't think so.  The guy who helps fat people get
skinnier?  Was he ever fat ? I don't think so.  And what's with the
whole fake I don't talk thing?  Is it turrets?  If he did talk, would it
be a string of expletives even I would be offended by?   I guess he has
a sense of humor.  That's something good."

        - Betty Thomas - Director - 28 Days, The Brady Bunch Movie, etc.

"You can argue with Tony, or you can do what he says and buy smaller jeans."
        - Kari Wahlgren - Voice of Tigres - Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness

About the Author

Like most natural health experts, T.C. Hale (aka Tony Hale) began his career in stand-up comedy. Touring professionally as a comic for nearly a decade, he never envisioned that he would one day teach the world how to sleep, poop, and even lose weight. On Valentine's Day, 2004, Tony lost his voice and it never came back. After twenty-three doctors couldn't figure out the problem, Tony decided it was time to dig for his own answers. Eight years later, not only did Tony figure out his own issues, he also happened upon hidden information about how to improve countless other health problems. Though Tony likes to boast about the fact that he holds no legitimate credentials (nor does he believe that we need any more "experts" from the same pool of knowledge already failing so many with health issues), he is greatly respected by his peers in the natural health industry. The biggest manufacturers in the health, fitness and organic products industries send Tony their products every year in hopes of winning one of his GearAwards. Beyond working with many celebrity clients, Tony is on the executive board of The Coalition For Health Education, a nonprofit association that helps professionals and their clients learn about health through nutrition. Additionally, Tony teaches monthly webinars about nutrition to doctors, nutritionists and other health care professionals from more than thirty-five countries. You can also find Tony producing documentaries like, WHY AM I SO FAT? A film that teaches the truth about weight loss while showcasing Tony's client, Gabe Evans, who lost 200 pounds in 9 ½ months by treating Tony's word as gospel.

5.0 out of 5 stars I'm nice now. April 23, 2012

I did not expect this to work, but it totally did. Today was the first time in years I started my period without feeling like yelling at every person I've come in contact with. The book was way too entertaining for me to think it was going to work. I'm very excited. Excellent book, very helpful.

Why is it that common sense isn't common until somebody tells you! This book explains everything in a very detailed, but understandable language that totally makes sense. Where was this book 20 years ago!!

This information makes so much sense and can do so much good for so many.

Just download it. It's life changing information for so many women. For women struggling with severe dysmenorrhea, these issues affect their families, their jobs, overall productivity, etc, every month for sometimes 2-3 days. Get those days back by following Tony's advice.

I have seen it work many times. This information is golden. Tony is awesome for sharing this.

5.0 out of 5 stars Kindle Fire download June 21, 2012
By redstag
Format:Kindle Edition|Amazon Verified Purchase
Mrs. Red Stag downloaded this book because she is having serious menstrual problems but not cramps and was hoping to find some answers. The doctors are even throwing in the H word, hysterectomy, and scaring her with the possibility of her condition turning into cancer. This book might not solve every woman's' problems but she thinks she's on the road to figuring out her's. This book is the truth about health period, no pun intended, for everyone. The doctors all told her that having your gall bladder removed was no big deal & you didn't really need it anyway. Well it turns out that it is a seriously big deal and this book finally shed light as to why in a well thought out, if irreverent, way that mostly makes sense. For a book about cramps, this book touches on a variety of different health issues. She is grateful that this book was free and feels she now has the tools to possibly get through this without more surgery. She thinks this book should be read by everyone, not just women having problems, who want to be more informed about their health, healthcare and taking control of it not just treating symptoms. I'm personally waiting for the audiobook version to listen to it.

I have read many books on body chemistry and nutrition. Of all of them, Tony Hale's book makes the most sense to me. This book is loaded with information, but doesn't overwhelm. It's an excellent, easy-to-read, and even humorous book that not only explains why women have menstrual cramps, PMS and all the symptoms that go along with PMS, but it gives the reader a better understanding of how to reduce, if not eliminate, the pain. Tony provides a clear understanding of the chemical composition of the body and teaches the reader how to correct its imbalances naturally. His suggestions are very easy to implement in daily life!
