The information in this book is the same common sense stuff we all know. The only new information I found was a description of ketosis, which you can find on-line. It has a few recipes, but I do not need another recipe book. I need some real inspiration and guidance on how to get back on track. It is also pretty lightweight for the $9.95 paid for it, plus shipping - only 19 pages of overrated info, 10 recipes and a five-day food diary. I wish I could get my money back.
