2.0 out of 5 stars Really a waste of time, October 22, 2008
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Kickboxing: The Complete Guide to Conditioning, Technique, and Competition (Paperback)
Honestly this book is a waste of time and money for those who are looking to strengthen their technique or train for competition. While I wouldnt say that anything displayed in the book is wrong, its just not very helpful unless you have no kickboxing experence at all. But the thing is that if you dont have any experence and you are not in a class or being instructed by someone with real experence at best you are only wasteing your time and at worst, going to hurt yourself.

2.0 out of 5 stars Weird German Kickboxing, April 18, 2008

This review is from: Kickboxing: The Complete Guide to Conditioning, Technique, and Competition (Paperback)
I don't have a clue as to what kind of kickboxing this is. It is like a rerun of the P.K.A. Some of these people are light contact champions. What is that all about?
