Really a waste of time
Honestly this book is a waste of time and money for those who are looking to strengthen their technique or train for competition. While I wouldnt say that anything displayed in the book is wrong, its just not very helpful unless you have no kickboxing experence at all. Honestly this book is a waste of time and money for those who are looking to strengthen their technique or train for competition. While I wouldnt say that anything displayed in the book is wrong, its just not very helpful unless you have no kickboxing experence at all. But the thing is that if you dont have any experence and you are not in a class or being instructed by someone with real experence at best you are only wasteing your time and at worst, going to hurt yourself.
