Strong Motivational Mix for Cardio Workouts, February 12, 2001

Kickboxing Mix is a solid mix of familiar techno music. The fast-paced music speeds the pace of my workout -- burning an additional 60 calories in a 30 minute workout than without music! I mostly listen to tracks 4-9 for a 30 min workout as they are the most upbeat. The first 3/last 3 tracks are for warm-up/cool-down. This is my first mix CD for working out and I won't be in the market for another for a while as this keeps me moving every day at a high intensity.
