Besides its wicked good looks, the Comp comes with serious muscle, including double stitching on the surround, coil-cooling perimeter venting, and flex-killing ISD (Inverted Structural Dome). The Comp is versatile too, performing in free-air applications as well as in vented or sealed boxes. If all this wasn't enough, the Comp still leaves you with enough cash left over to throw down on a powerful KICKER amplifier to pump all the performance from your sub.

The rigid cone's back bracing completely eliminates distortion, allowing the best bass to be delivered. The larger voice coils, coil wire with intense heat tolerance, highly engineered top plates, and immense power handling still remain, providing the most and best bass from any subwoofer in its class. And here's another first from KICKER--Spiralead tinsel-lead technology for even more strength and durability.

I'm going to keep the review simple:
Pros: Looks cool, in the box I used. It is very accurate, and provides depth to all music, from metal to rap. It gets LOUD- it puts out way more than my friend's dual MTX 10's
Cons: None Thus far

i got these in my 94 integra.. honestly they sounded crappy with a vinted box so i put a closed box and it hits much more harder.. so id say get a closed box if you buy these.. the performance is much more better and louder.. you can really hear it and feel it

I hooked up 2 of these paralleled to 2 ohms in a dual sealed enclosure powered by Kicker's ZX500.1 mono amp and they absolutely astonished me! I haven't heard sound so clean coming from anything else yet!! They have such superior frequency seperation and still clear at higher volumes. By far the best product for the price (less than $350 for these subs, amp, and wiring kit). Truely amazing!!!
