Give factory sound a serious power injection with a KS-Series Coaxial Speaker upgrade. With added improvements on the woofers and tweaked tweeters, dropping them in where factory speakers were seems like a no-brainer. The curvilinear, gray woofer cones, Santoprene surround, and newly designed basket give KS Coaxials the extra brawn to deliver a smooth, rich sound at any volume.

The half- and three-quarter-inch, Kaladex-domed tweeters contain a stout neodymium magnet dipped in ferrofluid for maximum coolness, recreating highs that rival live performance.

KS Coaxes are available in 10 sizes, from the capable 3.5-inch up to the marine-ready 6 x 9. The line includes a 6 x 8 for special applications. If you're looking for more from your doors, there's also a KS6930 3-way system in the lineup with an additional one-inch midrange.

got these pretty cheap to replace my blown speakers. they are pretty solid but i have certainly heard better in a 5.25". the highs and mids are pretty good and clear but i did expect a little more in the lows (sound a little muddy and blurty). still not bad in my new setup with the KS690 6x9"s and Pioneer DEH-3200UB head unit. if you are looking for performance on a budget, these are top notch, but you could probably do better if you are willing to spend a little more.

I purchased these to replace the rear door speakers in my 2005 Dodge Ram Quad. The install is a little challenging as the truck door has a three hole pattern and the speakers have a four bolt pattern. I was able to use two of the existing holes but then had to drill for the third. So install was not so easy. The sound is awesome! Well worth the added install time. I also matched these up with the 6x9's in the front doors and it is incredible! The 6x9's bolted right up. You can go to the Kicker website and check out the entire lineup of car audio to select what best fits your ride. I would definetely purchase again.

These speakers work well and have nice bass without being either overly booming, hollow, or tin-ey.
The mounting holes were slightly farther out than the Blaupunkt speakers I was replacing, but that was only a minor detail in the mounting. I didn't like the gun metal gray color, so I sprayed the grills satin black to better match my car interior. I would definitely buy these again. A great speaker for a reasonable price, you can't go wrong with this purchase..
