This is one workout tape I actually don't dread - none of the usual piped in techno music. If you like country music, this is the workout for you... it actually feels like line dancing, rather than exercise. Denise has a section at the end where she slowly reviews each of the "dances" in the video, but after doing the video once or twice it's easy to pick up. Word of caution - do not try her modified dances on the floor, they don't really resemble the line dances you'd find in the clubs. I also make up arm movements to raise my heart rate and increase the workout. A good basic video.

I usually love her tapes, but this one is one of her earlier work outs, and not her best.

I liked this exercise video because it provides a good workout while having fun and learning new country line dances. Excellent workout.

I love Denise Austin and I love country so i just had to try this one, its a workout/dance in one. I love the abe workout at the end, I did it for six weeks every morning and I felt great after I finished. The music is fun and the dances are great you'll love this workout.

The tape I received was defective. The dances were not even in the right order. It started on about the 3rd dance and then went to the warmup. Tape caught in VCR upon removal. I tried to reach the seller, but received no response. I was just out the price of the tape and the shipping.

This video takes me WAY back! The clothes, the music, the dances! If you love country & you love line dancing you'll love this. The main reason I like it is because it's a fun way to exercise and the time goes by fast. I wish they sold it on DVD

I love this tape its old and good the weight will fall off im buying it again for the 2nd time its hard at first but youll get it and youll look and feel great!
