This is a Mini Course on overcoming debilitating pain. It gives you a way to live with purpose and passion despite the exhaustion, resentment, despair – and pain – that often accompany chronic conditions. This process can be used effectively by anyone – in any condition.
The Mini Course does not address prescription medications for pain.
Instead (using expertise and skills from psychotherapy), its focus is on facets of the mind-body connection that amplify and exacerbate pain and make it grab and hold our attention.
It is a 5 part series of guided experiences to nurture and replenish oneself, boost energy, find joy, and reconnect to the people and things you love most – especially yourself.
These include:
• taking a short time to do deeply healing things to release stress;
• developing and celebrating a truer identity;
• playful, self-empowering energy movement beneficial to brain and body;
• methods to relax and let go of stress and overwhelm,
• ways to receive and magnify respect and appreciation.
