this is a horible toy do not buy it the battery only lasts for 1 minit do not buy i timed it

Coming from a hobby grade level boats, this thing is SLOW, but then I'm too old to be playing with this 3+ toys anyway.
Battery life is pretty decent (15-20 mins) with High-capacity NiMh rechargeable batteries. you don't put alkalines in RC toys and expect long run-time right?

Definitely good fun entertainment for the kids. only slightly amusing if you have grey hair.
it's slow and stable, but that's the whole point. this thing will crash and won't flip like the speedboats.

Doesn't handle weeds to well due to the ducted prop. takes in water, but the electronic, battery, and motor compartments are sealed so it doesn't affect them. it needs to pee after awhile.

But the whole point is that the kids love it.
The price seems high now, I would wait until it's lower.
