I gave this DVD and 5 juggle-balls to my 7 years old nice for Christmas and is was a great success. The DVD is very well done. First they give you a step by step introduction to how to juggle with 3 balls (which is difficult! A long way to go...), then they show you a lot of tricks and how to do them. Good camera and good actors who obviously are professional jugglers. The three bonus parts show different 3-balls- juggling-performances that are staggering. I think it really takes a long time to only get close to this.
I'd say the DVD is for kids and adults alike. Age 7 (like my nice this Christmas) is almost too young (but she is extraordinarily smart and gifted and it was perfect for her). In the end we were all trying to learn juggling on that Christmas night and had a lot of fun.

You need to buy juggling balls or you follow the instruction on this DVD about how to create juggling-balls all by yourself. If you buy juggling balls, look for real ones with an appropriate weight and size that are easy to grip. For my nice I bought smaller ones so she can easily hold two in one hand.
