Great idea for small (2-3 year olds) children. They can see what's inside and there is no lid to fall on them. It was very easy to assemble, but should have included glueing in the instructions, as it really requires it in addition to the screws. I do not believe it would be very good for older or heavier children as they tend to want to stand on the inside and this bottom would not hold up to that. It would also make good magazine storage or a great place to hold knitting, scrapbooking, etc. supplies.

We just purchased our third and fouth toy storage bins. We have two each in natural and white. We love them because of the accessibility to the toys and the clear sides. Everything gets played with because none of it falls into the "deep, dark, scary spot" like in a traditional toy box. Clean up is a breeze and the kids are able to sort their toys on their own. Assembly is simple and relatively quick. We got our first three years ago and, with the exception of some scuffs on the plexi, it looks brand new.

This toy box looks great with out decor and we like the fact that is doesn't have a lid for our little ones hands to get shut in. You can also see through the sides so you know what is in there which is great. The only downside I found was when putting it together the plastic was scratched putting it in the way they suggested. It doesn't look horrible and I'm sure it would have ended up that way regardless over time.

we have only just put it together for our 17 month old, but it looks like it will hold up well and we really like the design. Someone else wrote that the plastic got scratched in putting it together - and ours did too. I don't think there is a way to avoid that. In the end, it will probably get scratched by toys too. The only thing I am wondering about is whether my daughter will have problems getting things out of the bottom. It doesn't have anything in it yet, but she was reaching to the bottom and fell in head first. I'm hoping that was just a one time occurrence.

Overall, we are happy with it, for the price, etc.

This product was easy to assemble and made a terrific showing at my daughter-in-laws shower. I filled it with toys and clothes and stuffed animals all wrapped in celophane. It was the hit of the party. Also having 3 children of my own, I know it will be perfect when the baby stands since it is low and the perfect height for a toddler to hang on to and walk around. Also all of the toys are visable without a dangerous top to open. It is smooth and sturdy.

This is a great toy storage piece. The kids can get things out easily and I love the windows on the side so nothing gets completely forgotten. I am glad we bought this. I am considering ordering more for the kids' bedrooms!

This toy bin is CHEAP!! It comes flat packed but even then every corner came bashed, cracked and shattered. It's smaller than I thought as well. Spend a little more and get something a six year old can abuse because that's what's going to happen and this product is not it.

Love the look of this - perfect modern toy box. I never write reviews but this took less than 20mins to assemble. One caveat, I didn't attach wheels, I wanted it to be stationary. Also, followed another poster and left one divider out, perfect for a mix of bigger toys and small pieces. Highly recommend.

My son is 11 months old and all of the toys are beginning to pile up. We knew we needed a solution that was safe and fun. I did a lot of research online and this is a great first toybox for so many reasons.

Pros:

Easy to assemble
Toys are clearly visible and very accessible
Rolling wheels that can be locked
Light and easy to move
Has put up with some light abuse from my 11 month old and is still holding up
We have gotten multiple compliments from friends with children on the function and look of this item

Cons:

Light weight can be a problem for babies who use the toybox to pull themselves up (not really the manufacturers fault - just be aware and put some heavier items on the bottom to weigh it down)


Overall I recommend this toy box as a good addition to the house. It's pretty enough for us to keep in the family room and we are going to be getting 2 more for my son's bedroom. They are very versatile and can be relocated easily.

I needed a toy box for my pets that was large enough for all their toys but allowed my smallest one to access the toys without needing stairs. I assembled this without the pexi-glass sides, leaving the sides open, and it works PERFECTLY. All my dogs can pull their toys out by themselves, even the smallest. The box doesn't look ugly or silly like many toy containers intended for dogs, it is sturdy (could be sturdier, but better than others I've seen), and now all their toys actually fit in one single container.
