I have purchased this chair two different times from a different website, and both times the chair has proven to be of very high quality. It is also very comfortable, and with a little "tune-up" every now and then (tighten up the screws), it performs like it did the day I put it together. It did take a little wrestling with it in order to get the holes lined up to put it together, but the end product is well worth the extra effort. The seat, arms, and back is contoured, which makes it even more comfortable. There is really nothing negative for me to say about this product. I was excited to find it on Amazon, because it's about $25 cheaper.

We bought this for our baby girl. It took for a few hours to build, but it turned out to be a very nice, sturdy, and comfy rocking chair. My wife found out it is very comfy with a foot stool. She also bought a rocking chair cushion from carousel design, they together made it perfect for our nursing room.

This chair is extremely uncomfortable--it tilts too far forward when in a resting position and is difficult to rock. The seat is extremely hard. It was also a pain to put together--the notches in the screws were not the same shape as the allen wrench that came with the chair so it was almost impossible to get them in, and once they were in, and we realized how badly the chair sucked, we couldn't get the chair to come apart for a return. This chair makes the experience of rocking my baby daughter to sleep extremely miserable.
