I am hoping that the product will be nice when it can finally be put together. I would suggest opening the box immediately after it arrives. 2 pieces were broken and the company website does not have them listed or numbered the same as the instructions. No one is available at customer service. Too expensive for such poor packaging and lack of support. There is a one page attached to the instructions that states in bold letters 4 times "Please let us help". Don't believe it. I'll be sending this one back and going to Pottery Barn.

Updated 12/23/10 - 2 of the three broken parts were delivered. Third part not available. Once vanity was put together, it came apart very easily (do not try to pick it up)

Let this be a warning to all! Do not order from this company!(Quik bids)
I placed an order and submitted an e-mail(actually three) to this seller with NO response. I should have went with my first gut instinct that warned me Not to order from a New Seller without any reviews and then, of course; after placing an order-the only reviews that they had were Negative!

For the money paid for this product it is cute, however, it was drilled wrong and wobbles on one side. Seems you cannot get parts any longer either. Very disapointing!
