this is a fantastic DVD. It talks to kids like to small grown ups .... very, very cool. My little daughter loves it so much that she carries the DVD around like it is her new best friend.
For me as the mom I do Yoga myself and am very happy that my daughter can watch TV and do something healthy at the same time. Very, very much can recommend this title - really inspired, great DVD. All thumbs up!!

My 3-year-old daughter loves to work out with me to my DVDs, and I bought this for her to begin some stretching and yoga. She loves watching and copying other kids. However, as a Christian family, we skip the first portion of the workout which is a mantra meditation (the names of the Hindu goddesses chanted over and over by the leader and children for 2-3 minutes).

I am the perfect aunt - I play with my nieces, take them out for a walk, shopping etc. This DVD has become the part of my toolset. When I go babysitting, we just begin with Yoga. As I don't have too much free-time to go running or dancing, I do the exercises with them and sometimes they lough at me because they're a lot more flexible than me :) - afterwards the smaller one usually falls asleep and the older gets a lot calmer than before. I would recommend this DVD to every girls in the same position, the workout is not gonna be easy for you neither!
