This smoke alarm functions as a stand alone unit or in an interconnected system. Unit is hardwired and comes with ALKALINE 9V battery. Ionization sensors detect fast flaming fires best. Features Hush Button, allowing you to quickly silence nuisance alarms often caused by cooking. Mounting bracket and screws included to allow for quick and easy installation. Unit is UL listed and offers a 5-year limited warranty.
