I ordered this product to keep in our car. We had to call the company and double check that it would be okay in our 115 degree heat of the summer. They were very friendly and assured us it would be good up to 120 degrees. So, we'll have to see how hot the trunk gets this summer.
Otherwise, great product to use in case of an emergency for yourself or another in need!

I bought this extinguisher because it was rated for use on electrical fires. We have an expensive soundboard at my church and this extinguisher is now mounted to the wall directly beside it. It's hard to review something like this since actually needing to use it is only triggered by an emergency. The extinguisher is constructed well and was easy to mount to the wall. I really hope that it stays there for a long, long time.

I ordered two of this fire extinguisher. One arrived intact, with the pressure gauge just barely in the green.

The other arrived with a broken safety pin. It was floating around in the bottom of the box, and when I replaced the safety pin, it would not stay -- since it is broken, the safety pin will just fall out due to vibration. (Gauge on this one was much closer to the top of the green area.)

Neither fire extinguisher can be returned because Amazon does not accept returns on fire extinguishers. I'm very unhappy with the product.
