The Kidde 466310 Automotive Pindicator Fire Extinguisher features a no-drill car mount bracket which mounts to the car trunk. To mount, fasten bracket to extinguisher and press Velcro against carpet. Suitable for use on Class B (liquids and gases) and Class C (energized electrical equipment) fires. The auto unit is fitted with a “one touch” pressure check device to ensure reliable performance. It is manufactured from lightweight aluminum and a tough nylon valve assembly. The auto unit is supplied with a no-drill Velcro mounting bracket.

The product listed here does not match what is actually sold. Indeed, you get a 10BC type extinguisher but the cylinder and valve are of regular type, NOT velcro car mount as advertised. Also the packaging box was quite battered as it arrived. The cushioning was able to hold the product intact inside though.
I won't return this though, I'll keep it around the house and get an ABC type for my car, hopefully I'll never have to use either of them.

According to the manufacturer website, this product is no longer made.

This is probably the reason they are trying to pass off a different product as this one. There are other 5-B:C extinguishers from other manufacturers. Other than the mounting hardware, any 5-B:C extinguisher is pretty much the same, so I'd look in that direction.

The Kidde 466310 Automotive Pindicator shown at Amazon.com IS NOT THE PRODUCT you get from Northern Tool when you buy it!!!!
Northern Tool has the same listing: "Kidde 466310 Automotive Pindicator" BUT SHOW AND SEND YOU A DIFFERENT fire extinguisher (with a pressure gage instead of the "pindicator"). I really wanted the one shown by Amazon BUT IT TURNS OUT I COULD NOT. I HAD TO RETURN THE 4 I BOUGHT!!!!! The wrong picture of what Amazon was really selling caused me a lot of wasted time contacting Northern Tool & finally finding out that I could NOT get the product shown as the Kidde 466310 Automotive Pindicator shown above!!!! Amazon should change the picture to what they are REALLY selling for this product!!
