Mater the Truck Activity Ride On

My 15 month old son received this Ride-on Mater for his 1st birthday. It was a hit from the minute he got it. He has not had a day or even a playtime pass that he doesn't "Play with Mater". So far it has held up to some pretty tough beatings my son has put it through, and the only "battle wound" is a torn sticker on Maters rear bar. I would recommend this product to any child around his age group for hours of fun, especially if you love the Cars movie as much as our family does.

I bought this for our son who turned one just a week before Christmas. He loves to sit on Mater and play with all the great sounds and little lights. He will push Mater but isn't strong enough to ride on him on our carpets. I knew our 2-year old foster son would be jealous... but I didn't expect the 4-year old to love it, too. A big hit in our home.

I love that this toy has a pice between the back wheels to prevent a child from tipping over backwards. I also love that the sounds aren't TOO loud for indoor use. We've already put some louder toys up from Christmas... this one gets to stay out 24/7.

I just wish we would have purchased McQueen, too. Now that are both unavailable on Amazon!

My son got this for his 1st birthday - he's two and a half now and still adores this toy. It helped him master walking and now he flies through our house pushing it. I would recommended this to anyone looking for a gift for a 12 - 18 month old kid.

I bought this toy for my son's first birthday. He likes cars (always pushing some around the floor), so I decided to give him some bigger car to actually "drive". It turned out to be the greatest toy for him. He does not ride it (I think he's a little afraid so far), but he always pushes it around or walks behind it holding the handle and making car-like sounds (dr-dr-dr). My son doesn't walk yet and I've never seen him being such enthusiastic about walking before. Now I think he will start walking himself soon. There is a nice compartment under the seat of the car, so he likes to put blocks and toys in there and take them out. The car talks, plays country-like music, makes car-like noises, has blinking green-yellow-red lights and small moving Lightning McQueen model on the panel under the wheel. To my taste it's too much of noise, light and electronics for a 1-year-old (and he does look a bit overwhelmed whis this, so he rarely touches those features, except the ignition key, which makes funny sound), but I think he will grow into it and be more interested in all those features in the next 6-12 months or so.

I got this for my little boy and he loves it. It does so many different little noises, counts, and talks. My little girl and him fight over it.

It's my toddler's favorite toy right now. He even manages to practice sharp turns on it while making an appropriate noise. It has a small storage compartment under the seat, so it's very convenient to put small things in there while playing outside. Good quality toy, we've had it for a few weeks now and it's still like new.

My son got this as a gift for his 1 year birthday last year. He started playing with it immediately and still loves it. At first, he would always use it as a push toy. Now that he is 2, he uses it as a ride on toy. He absolutely loves it - loves all the sounds that it makes and all the music it plays. He loves going through the alphabet and hearing Mater talk. It has held up very well even though my son is ALL BOY and plays rough and tumble style. The only thing is that he was able to tear the sticker off of the back of the seat (not a big deal at all :)) I highly recommend this toy. Although, I would suggest that the company adds an on/off switch for it in the future. :)

We bought this for our son when he was pretty young. He's now over 2 years old and it's still his favorite toy!

This toy was a Xmas present for my grandson & it really helped him to learn to walk & so much more. He's almost 2yo & still uses the toy. And he has been really tough on this toy & it is very durable. I am very happy with this purchase & most definitely recommend to others!

Sent to my Grandson....he is too young to ride unassisted but he loves it and I'm sure when he is bigger he will run the roads with his new truck.
