I like this portable changing pad because I can open & unfold it with one hand while holding the baby in the other. It has just enough padding to keep baby comfortable for the few moments (s)he will be horizontal. I wish the tags would come off more cleanly or were attached to the "outside" so that remnants aren't right up against baby's head (or feet, depending on which way you lay baby). Hook & latch closure is strong enough to stay closed, but easy enough to separate when necessary.

Just what I wanted! A portable, waterproof, durable, padded, easy to clean changing pad.

Unfortunately, I did not pay enough attention to measurements when I ordered this & I find it fairly small, albeit quite portable. Will do for the diaper bag when out & about, I guess, but won't be used other than that.

This is a GREAT pad. Sure, it's a little small lengthwise once your baby gets bigger than like 6 months. But usually, all I need is enough room for her head down to her bum, and then her legs go in the air anyway as I change her. It folds up small and closes easy with velcro. Easy to use with one hand. There is no reason to buy the more expensive ones with this out there!

I agree with other reviewers that this pad is a little on the narrow side, but it is wide enough to do the trick and afterall this is what makes it so portable and easy to use. I would recommend this product for you newborn up to maybe 9 months. Love it.

Pros:
- pad is made of rubbery material on one side and nylon on the other offering great protection from changing surface
- pad is slightly padded which is great improvement over flat hard plastic changing stations

Cons:
- thick padding (about 1/4 inch) makes it a little bulky in the diaper bag
- rubbery material might feel cold or uncomfortable to baby's skin, although it's smooth

A little more: I don't undress the baby completely when I use this pad bare in public changing stations. At home I put a burp cloth over the pad if the baby is undressed. A standard pillowcase over the pad also works great (just needs to be narrowed a little).

I bought the pad when my son was 3 weeks old. Now he is almost 2 months and has 12 pounds weight. The pad is small but completly enought for my baby. I like it a lot, since I could fit it in any bag.

This portable changing pad is great for travel and for outings around town when you need a clean, waterproof space to change baby. Great feature that it folds in half and then thirds, making it very compact. Wish it was just a little longer and wider but overall a great product.

While this is a simple product, it worked well, folded easy, and was easy to use. You can pretty much unfold it with one hand. I used this in public bathrooms and on beds and it did the job. The surface is easy to clean and wipe down. It went everywhere with us in our travel pack. I've see ones with pockets, but leave that for your bag.

this works great, got it for my diper bag, it's nice and small, but gets the job done. Folds in 1/3's with a velcro close, but I just fold it in 1/2 and 1/2 again...
