I have a graco side by side stroller.
Like with most strollers, the canope on this stroller is almost useless. Why is it so hard for the companies to figure out what we Mom's really want? A functionable canope would be one thing for example. On most strollers they are a joke. So I bought this sunshade. Positive: folds up flat and easily;attaches easily (though you may have to fiddle a bit to find the best position);side pockets are a nice extra and help to weigh the shade down some as well ( and you can perhaps hide some goodies in there because they are really not easy to spot );it shelters from the side as well; Negative: Hello.. a slight wind and this thing bends backwards or moves sideways; When the sun comes from the front, while setting, you can't really pull it down far enough to protect your children. Living on an island we deal with wind all the time and so it is not as practical as I would like this shade to be. But still would recommend it over leaving the child just exposed. Perhaps if you have less wind to deal with you really will like this shade. I gave it a 4 star because it does protect my children and that is what matters. You deal with the negative points, but I wished it would have been designed for all weather. I don't see how you can attach a weight and still allow it to stand up correctly. The material is too thin for that. But I am open for ideas and suggestions. I don't have problems folding the stroller together while shade is attached. Perhaps that is just a matter of trying and see what you prefer and like. All in all it is worth the money and afford because your little ones deserver and need the proctection. Till the strollers are made with better canopes, we will have to rely on something like this. I also have the Peg Perego Aria stroller and had bought the single one for that one. Same issue, problems with wind but otherwise a nice protection. And yes you will have to fold it back when you put baby in. Perhaps that was the main concern of the designer. Easy acess to the baby.

Love the Sunshade. For the most part works well, except if you are running in rather windy conditions, then, it just flies back and does not cover the kids so well. I really use my double jog stroller for jogging and am happy to have the sunshade, the kids like it too. The only other frustration is if you have a small child who is rather reclined in the stroller and the sun is close to setting, you may not get good coverage to keep the sun out of eyes unless you pull the shade completely over the stroller . . . then the older child isn't too happy because he/she can''t see out!

Attaches easily and provides sufficient coverage, but forget it on an even slightly windy day. The shade is so lightweight that even the wind you create jogging folds it backwards, rendering it useless. But for walking in calm conditions its a good product, really helps beat the sun.

We got this item even after reading all the reviews, and having a fair idea of its faults. I'm not 100% sure I'd buy it again, but then I guess we're not sending it back...
So, here's the problem. It's made out of this odd nylon-like material. It reminds me of swimsuit material only thicker and more flexible. It jiggles when the stroller moves and looks utterly silly (that's just an observation, not a gripe). It just kind of drapes over the existing stroller shade. It does an alright job coverage-wise, unless as another reviewer noted you're walking at sundown. Most annoyingly, if a slight breeze (and I do mean a slight breeze, anything above utter stillness) catches the shade, it turns the stroller into kind of a parachute, often hitching up the stroller's existing shade, both requiring readjustment post-breeze. I like another reviewer's idea of putting stuff in the side pockets. That might save us a few readjustments, though I doubt it would be enough to solve the problem. Overall, it's a great concept, mediocre execution, and ridiculous price for a flimsy piece of jiggly material, some velcro, and a thin wire that is made in China for probably 1/100th what they're charging. For about half the price, I'd give it a couple more stars. As it is, I'll concede that there is currently no better solution, and will live with a sometimes parachute, sometimes sunshade perched atop my stroller.

I have the Safari TT Dbl jogger from In Step and I bought this shade because the shade on the stroller is non-existent.
I have seen this product work well on single strollers, but it keeps blowing up and back from my canopy with the slighest of breezes, so it is not doing such a great job of keeping the sun off my kid's faces. I've used a binder clip to keep it in place, but it still blows back more than I think it should...

Its a little hard to adjust, but its definitely worth it. We've used it on our double jogging stroller as well as our double umbrella stroller. Folds away easily and doesn't take up a lot of space. I also love the pockets on the sides where I can store my keys, phone, water bottle, etc.

Although it provides WONDERFUL coverage, it flips back (hitting me) during fast walks or with a slight breeze. You can forget jogging with it.

Terrible Sun Shade,

This was the WORST sunshade ever!!! Don't waste your money. It is so flimsy that it offers no sun protection at all. We used it on our double jogger stroller but it just flopped down into the faces of our babies. I do not recommend this product. I only gave it a one star because zero star was not an option.

I highly recommend this! To prevent the wind from blowing it back I use binder clips to clip it down on the padded bar that holds the kids in. Works great!

Double Stroller Shade,
By
This review is from: Kiddopotamus Rayshade UV Protective Double Stroller Shade for Twin Strollers & Joggers, Black (Baby Product)
I ordered the shade for my twin stroller. I had to sew on a velcro strap onto the Kiddopotamus tag at the top of the shade to add some weight to the shade, because it flies up constantly. I then can velcro the top of the shade to the tray of the stroller to provide shade while the babies are sleeping. Also helps hold the front of the shade onto the stroller, otherwise the shade doesn't provide shade if babies are in a flat position in the stroller, with the front of the shade flying up constantly. Sewing on the velcro strap has helped make the shade useable, otherwise I don't think it would be useable due to it flying up constantly, and the babies like to pull it down as well.
